Amita uses what it sells and therefore supports what it uses. Remote support and onsite support are both standard. Remote working and mobile workforces are a speciality. The engineer who assists you will have similar equipment, software and needs as you so they will be able to facilitate the issue in the fastest possible time. We utilise tracking devices and software on all of our vehicles so we know where the closest engineer is and can dispatch them without delay.

We monitor your computer systems

We monitor the computer systems that we support so that we are informed if they begin to show any signs of failure. In many cases we fix the issues proactively before they even become an issue for you.
