What is involved with software development?
This would depend upon your objectives. Amita can provide programming resource to work under your instruction, create detailed specifications with development cycles lasting months or anything in-between.
Can you interface to my existing systems?
Usually yes. Most common applications that you can acquire “off the shelf” have all the necessary tools for us to link into. If you have an older application or another 3rd party developed application then the answer would almost certainly be yes too, except that the level of integration may come with some limitations.
Do I own the development?
100%. When our development is complete and installed and you have signed it off as complete, we deliver all of the source code to you.
What does it cost?
We charge our development time the same as the time for project managing and design. These rates are the same as the support rates and we
can estimate quite
accurately.
